  I'm a first time home buyer and I could not have asked for a better agent. Felecia was very professional, knowledgeable, and takes initiative throughout the home buying process to make sure you are getting the best deal based on local market trends and does anything she can to make the process less stressful. I have a busy career and did not have much time to spare to research lenders, inspectors, etc. let alone coordinated those efforts effectively so Felecia went above and beyond to do the research, make calls to her industry contacts to get the information I needed and coordinate appointments with all parties, and worked with me to stay on track with the closing timeline. I was extremely impressed by her proactive approach, her responsiveness to my requests and questions, her negotiating skills, and her industry knowledge. I am VERY pleased with her overall service and will definitely use her again in the future. I highly recommend Felecia!
