  The staff is amazing the location is great the service is awesome they take the time and explain to me all the options I have with my money from options with my refinancing to advise with my savings and Investments account in addition to my kids savings account. Can't thank them enough thank you Shawnta Walker your knowledge and direction is invaluable! Also, Mrs Lonnita and Sandra and team!

  I went to this ATM as I normally do on a weekly basis to make a deposit of 1 check and some cash, the ATM was working fine, took my card I input my information then proceeded with my deposit, I waited about 5-7 minutes which seemed longer then normal, then all of a sudden the screen of the ATM went black then flashed "windows is shutting down" I then waited approximately another 5-7 minutes hoping maybe the machine was just having "issues". Well, yes the machine did have issues it completely shut down, kept my card and my deposit and then flashed "this machine is temporarily out of service". I was panicked. I called the 800 number and they apologize for the inconvenience and advised me that I would get my money back in 1-3 business days and they would have to order me a new check card. I am extremely upset. I am a single parent and that was my rent money and I appreciate that courtesy they provided me but that does not immediately replace my much needed money. So BEWARE of the ATM at this location.
