  Amenities offered with the price of your outrageous rent is a pool that's not open on the weekend, laundry facilities with dysfunctional washers and dryers, no onsite gym, a laughable sized 'dog park' and nosy, incompetent management. No gate encloses the complex, so literally anyone walks in off the street. No playground. Cheap paint on the walls that you can't clean because it will come off. Poorly repaired bathrooms. Lies about referral bonuses. Lies about 'incomplete paperwork' they swear is your fault, resulting in more money out of your pocket. 'Apartment inspections'.....for WHAT?Maybe a better use of management time would be working on improvements Instead of clapping back on negative Google reviews. If I could break my lease and leave tomorrow, I would. Don't move here, you'll regret it. (Only awarding one star because no stars isn't an option) UPDATE: Since exercising my right to freedom of speech, the property manager Leticia has now taken it upon herself to harass us with threatening to kick me out of our apartment on account to me being an 'unauthorized tenant'. I find it very hard to believe that with so much obvious room for improvement throughout the facility, Leticia could possibly find the time to pursue such an arbitrary matter. We've paid our rent early every month, we both have full-time jobs, we keep our apartment clean, we pick-up after our pets, and we do our best to not be a bother to anyone. Good luck in your endeavor, Leticia! Again...if you were thinking about moving into these apartments...don't. :)

  Staff is very poor at responding to needs of the renters. Had a leaking water heater for over two weeks until they finally decided to fix it and that is only because the people downstairs below me complained that they had property damage on their stuff in the balcony. Second of all I've had an issue with the pest control in the apartments roaches, ants throughout the apartment. I do not want to come home to find that in the apartment let alone in the kitchen where i cook. I've complained multiple times about this and nothing has been done. They refuse to change a refrigerator that needs changing, and carpet as well. On top of that the prices are not the best either. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

  Beware!! By far the worst place I have ever lived in. I moved into these apts 4 months ago and since day one, My kids have not been able to use the main bathroom because the plumbing is so bad. The first complaint was the water came out brown and the tub does not drain. The maintenance guy came and told me I needed a new water heater but it had just turned 5 o clock and they were done for the day, my kids and I couldn't even take showers for a couple days until it was fixed. Once they replaced the water heater, I had to call the office again because they never fixed the tub that doesn't drain. Its been 4 months and I am still waiting. My kids have to take showers in my bathroom. Why am I paying more money to have 2 bathrooms when one is not usable. I have had to spend my own money buying a few bottles of draino to try and fix it myself, but the plumbing here is so bad that it doesn't work. I called numerous times. The girl in the office always says the same thing, that she will let the supervisor know whats going on, but still, no one comes to fix it.I have also called the office several times regarding the roach problem in the apartment with no response from them and no one to come spray. I have never had roaches anywhere I ever lived before. I pay almost 1300 a month here and never pay late, I should not have to deal with these issues. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone! I really regret moving here. The worst place to live!!!!
