  I honestly think the only way this place could be worse is if Irma had blown it way. They attempted to make me pay more than my lease stated before I even moved in. They then gave me a unit infested with fleas, and yes, I have an "upgraded" unit. It took a month to finally get rid of them and a lot of borax. All that Jolena could say was "I know, that really sucks, we're trying to figure it out but our pest control people are based out of Orlando." Why their pest control people are from Orlando is unknown but that explains why roaches and fleas are a common theme in these reviews. They have so far messed up my best friend/roommate's rent 3 times and forced her to pay a late fee each time! The staff has no idea what they are doing. They will give you the run around and attempt to turn their mistakes into your own. They will give you electric overages with absolutely no proof and simply expect you to pay. Every encounter I have had with the manager has been awful. She has absolutely no idea how to manage a complex. The employees working at the desk are uneducated in terms of dealing with your problems. Be sure to get a copy of your rent checks cause they obviously have no idea how to handle them. Do NOT move in here. I wish I could get out of the remaining 6 months of my lease but I guess I'm stuck. Don't make the same mistake as me and get pulled in by the low rent.
