  I've lived at The Park at Ravenna since 12/09/16; As soon as I signed my lease I started having issue with the staff immediately. I even went as far to apologize and bought the leasing agents Jazmine and Jackie flowers for xmas to all be on a clean slate. I have complained about the Roaches that are coming from the apartment below me. I have request numerous time for them to please have someone out to full spray my entire apartment for at least a month once a week. I don't feel like that a lot to ask for. I've written Blue Rock Partner's numerous time with no response. I've filed a BBB complaint as well as contacted the State of Florida to see if there is anything that can be done toward a business that is predatory such as Blue Rock. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from "The Park" at anything. The materials are cheap. The staff rude and unprofessional. I could go on and one regarding the treatment I received. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
